SHERATON KAMPALA HOTEL, Kampala – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel rooms, despite being located near a bar, were very nice with the best shower I've had in Africa. Unfortunately, room availability was an issue. The disability-friendly room for about 40 people offers great views and natural lighting. The service was mixed, with fantastic staff but some lapses like unhelpful behavior during my difficult time. The location, although needing minor decor updates, was perfect and enjoyable. The dining experience, while crowded and lacking variety, was decent overall. Facilities were adequate.

The hotel is conveniently located for business in the city center with easy access to CBD and major meeting points. The service is attentive and thoughtful, ensuring a pleasant stay with excellent front desk and club lounge support. While the dining is decent, offering standard fare, the overall experience is still satisfactory.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with all the important necessities, but some maintenance issues were noted. The service provided was brilliant, with an array of convenient amenities available. The location is central, making it ideal for those with meetings in the CBD. The dining experience was good, although nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent value for money option with room for improvement.

The hotel at the back side of the kitchen is stocked with all the little essentials like mouthwash, dental kit, sponge, and comb on top of the usual amenities. The rooms are standard but perfectly fine. Service is excellent, especially from the front desk and the club lounge staff. Location is ideal, especially for business, as it's in the center of the city. The dining experience is diverse and tantalizing. Facilities are top-notch.
